Grilling Tofu

Definitely an unlikely pair, carnivore and grill master extraordinaire, Scott Thomas of Grillin Fools and I became fast friends.  We always jab each other about the food the other one eats, but it was not until recently that I was able to pull him to "the other side" and show him that our two worlds really can collide.  Cue the World Peace speech...
