Plant evangelist's chili is full of big, bold vegetables and flavors
This is probably the most edited recipe in my collection as I have been working on it for years. It makes a lot, so either freeze half and come back to it in several weeks, or share with your friends//family. It's a big bold meal that I love and hope you do as well.
