I had an opportunity to sit down and talk with St. Louis Magazine to discuss the challenges I've had adopting a plant-based diet. I'm also happy to share a couple of tips from my Top 10 Plant-based Kitchen Basics.
I created this salad for a feature in St. Louis At Home Magazine. The serving is for a party, simply vary the amount of the ingredients you think you might need for your sized crowd. I used my Heart Hemp Ranch in this and it was DELICIOUS!
