Baked Buffalo Soy Curls

Ingredients

Setup

  • 1 8-ounce package of Butler Soy Curls
  • 1 1/2 cups of your favorite buffalo sauce (I like this one)

Directions

Preheat oven to 425 - convection.

If you do not have a convection setting, set to 450.

To a large sauce pan, add enough water to cover the Curls and bring to a boil and then down to a simmer. Add 3/4 cup the buffalo sauce so it can cook into the Curls. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Drain and squeeze out as much water as you can by either using a clean kitchen towel or the back of a large serving spoon in a colander. Transfer the Curls back to the cooking pot and add in the remaining buffalo sauce.

Spread the soy curls out on to a parchment paper lined baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes, flipping the Curls best you can, halfway through.

At this point you can add more sauce or not if you are adding the curls to another recipe that already has a sauce.

These will keep in the fridge in a sealed container for 7-10 days.
