Horseradish Salad Dressing

You control the bite and intensity of this light and creamy dressing. Greens dressed with this, pair perfectly with a big dish of pasta and a light pinot noir!

Ingredients

Setup

3/4 cup cooked cannellini beans

1 1/2 teaspoons prepared horseradish

1 teaspoon yellow miso paste

juice of 1/2 medium lemon

1 garlic clove

pinch of salt

water to blend

 

 

 

Directions

To a blender add all the ingredients except the water.

Blend and drizzle in the water to the consistency you desire.

Taste and adjust to palate.

Flavors develop in the fridge after an hour.
