These minis are perfect for a quick on the run breakfast, pack 'em in the kid's lunch or have them ready as a snack for when they arrive home from school. 

I held a (sold out!) vegan dinner event at Sunset 44 restaurant. Owner and executive chef, Bob Menendez was kind enough to put up with me and our collaborated efforts produced a five-course, wine paired fabulous culinary vegan feast to the tune of 100 people. This amuse bouche was his brain child. 

Here we have two very distinct and BOLD flavors that are softened and married by the silky, creaminess of coconut. Hungry yet?

A ho-hum staple just got a kick in the pants.  My brother who wouldn't eat anything green if his life depended upon it actually went back for seconds when I brought this to the table.  Now, there is a testament.
