Green Means GO! Cooking Class

At this inaugural hands-on class at Kitchen Conservatory you will make pecan-basil pesto and tomato relish bruschetta with a dollop of cashew cream, creamy tomato bisque with herbed croutons, decadent lasagna layered with sweet potatoes, spinach, tofu, Roma tomatoes, broccoli, carrots, corn, bell peppers, and mushrooms, and topped with homemade vegan parmesan, kale salad with creamy tahini dressing, plus individual chocolate mousse cups topped with fresh berries.
