In the midst of winter, we'll make a fresh vegan menu of exciting dishes!
Our menu:
- mushroom phyllo pockets with dill tahini sauce
- cherry tomato and tapenade puff pastry tartlets
- cannellini-crispy kale-basil crostini
- baked quinoa cakes served with roasted red pepper sauce
This hands-on class has limited space
